Does your child have any special dietary needs?
If NO, then you do not need to read on or do anything else.
If YES, then please read on and then fill in and return the attached form by email to AIP (your hot school meal provider) - firstname.lastname@example.org
Food allergies, intolerances and other dietary-related medical conditions are an ever growing concern for schools. Children who are affected can suffer a severe or even fatal reaction if they eat or come into contact with food they are allergic or intolerant to.
So if your child will be having hot school meals in school please:
1. Fill in the attached form as accurately as you can, describing any:
Please don’t use the form to describe your child’s food likes and dislikes.
2. Return the completed form to AIP - email@example.com copying in Elangeni School office so that we know that you have sent a form to AIP.
Once AIP get this information, they can make sure your child gets alternative meals that are safe for them.
If your child’s condition changes after you send AIP the form, it is your responsibility to tell AIP and the school immediately.

Thank you for taking the time to read this vitally important information and, if necessary, filling in and sending the allergy and special diets form to AIP.
Together, we can provide a safe school environment for your child.
All hot meals need to ordered via ParentPay. If you have lost the username and password required to activate your account please contact the school office and we can resend them to you.
Once you are registered -
Please ensure that you have ordered your meals by 11.59pm each Thursday to ensure your child gets a meal the following week. If you miss this deadline you will need to provide a packed lunch for the days that you did not order meals for.
Please ensure there is always sufficient funds in your account to cover the cost of the meals ordered as the ParentPay system will cancel meals which have not been paid for.
Please direct all hot meal queries directly (ordering and billing) to our account manager at AIP - Dawn Bunting - email@example.com
If you should require a refund of a payment made to your ParentPay account, please complete the form below and send it directly to Dawn Bunting - firstname.lastname@example.org
If your child has a food intolerance or allergy, please complete the form below and return it by email to AIP - email@example.com copying Elangeni School Office in to your email, please.

Free School Meals (FSM)
Some parents may be entitled to claim free school meals (FSM) for their child/ren. If you believe you may be eligible, please download the form below and return it to the school office.
If you believe your financial circumstances may have changed during this unprecedented time, please email your completed form to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will submit your form to Buckinghamshire Council who will check your eligibility on our behalf. We will then contact you with the result and if you are eligible explain how we can support you.
