Free School Meals (FSM)
Some parents may be entitled to claim free school meals (FSM) for their child/ren. If you believe you may be eligible, please download the form below and return it to the school office.
If you believe your financial circumstances may have changed, please email your completed form to office@elangeni.bucks.sch.uk and we will submit your form to Buckinghamshire Council who will check your eligibility on our behalf. We will then contact you with the result and if you are eligible explain how we can support you.
